Discontinue

When things discontinue, they stop.

Moments of elation, discontinue. Under the presence of alteration.
By no means, it shall resume after pause.
By any means, it shall shift its plunge to the under.
By all means, it has deplored this simple desire for contentment.

Moments of desolation, continue. Under the presence of adaptation.
By no means, it shall channel this agony away.
By any means, it shall reiterate a relapse.
By all means, it has implored that complexed change for consideration.

When heartbeats discontinue, they die.
